Abuse (Pop3 Emails)
We will not tolerate any abuse
on our server. These include:
- Un-authorize attempt to access
the server
- Harassment to any clients over
the internet such as repeated or multiple emails with harmful or
hurtful intents
- Illegal usage of customer's
account
- Spamming (sending advertisement
emails without consent of receiver)
Not following these rules will
result in an immediate termination of customer's account. Customer
will not receive any refunds and all his/her files and emails will
be deleted. To report any misuses, please contact
abuse@import-racing.org.
Customers who have webhost accounts
agree to follow all legal aspects of internet rules. There
will be no child pornography, warez, drugs, or such sites. If
found on the website or on the ftp site, account will be terminated
immediately. No refunds will be issued.
Customer will be billed at the
beginning of his/her term periodically. If payment is not received
within one week of deadline, customer may be warned. After two
weeks, account may be disabled until further notices. There is a
$20.00 re-activation fee if customer have avoided payment for this
two weeks and wish to re-activate the account. If you have any
specific questions about this, please email

import-racing.org makes no guarantee
of its service and the customer must understand that anytime without
notices, our service may experiment downtown temporarily without
notice. We are not responsible for customer's files or emails that
remain on your accounts.
By agreeing to this, the buyer is
responsible for everything that happens with the account. Customers
are responsible for keeping their password confidential, all the
emails you sent out, all the files and mail stored in account, and
payments made to import-racing.org. If anything mishaps occur to
customer's account, the owner is held responsible and proper actions
will be taken place. Customer agree that import-racing.org has the
right to terminate any type accounts for any reasons whatsoever.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges can be
made within 14 days of receipt. Any returns for defective
items beyond the initial 14 days is no longer the responsibility of
import-racing.org and customer must handle the product through the
manufacturer.
Products damaged due to misuse,
accidents, or handled un-properly due to customers will not be
accepted for returns and will be returned at expense of the
customer. Shall the customer not pay for shipping and
handling, product will remain in import-racing.org custody for 30
days, where after this period is breached, will become property of
import-racing.org.
Customer agrees to pay a 15%
restocking fee on all returns and exchanges and the shipping and
handling fees to return the package to our location. Items
must be pre-approved for returns or exchanges. If returned,
items must be in same reselling condition with every item (booklets,
manuals, software, warranty cards, etc.) or return will not be
issued.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling fees are subject to variations in price if a
heavier item is purchased. Additional postage is necessary if
shipped outside of the USA. If not paid in full, product will
not be delivered until the remainder of the payment is made.
If no attempt is made within 30 days, a refund will be sent and no
packages will be shipped. If a package is returned to us due
to customer not available for the carrier, customer will be charged
shipping and handling fees to re-ship the item. If payment is
not received within 30 days, customer will forfeit the item and no
refund will be issued.
Customer is responsible for the
insurance option for all products. Once packages have left our
location, import-racing.org is not responsible for lost or damage
package. If insurance is purchased, the carrier in which the
item was shipped will bear the responsibilities and reimbursements
for damage goods.
Payments
All payments must be paid in full by customer before product is
shipped out. We accept paypal payments, credit cards, money
orders, cashiers' checks, and personal checks (subject to 10 days
hold period). If a form of payment does not clear or bounces,
customer must pay a $29.95 fee.
Customers who make a credit card
purchase agrees that they are the proper owners of the card. By
making a purchase with a credit card without being the name on the
card is considered credit card fraud and will not be taken lightly.
We have won 95% of our cases against credit card frauds. We
will report all credit card fraud transactions to
www.ifccfbi.gov. Customers who
make a payment to import-racing.org by credit card for a product
will agree not to do a chargeback. Doing so will considered credit
card fraud and will be reported to
www.ifccfbi.gov. If a chargeback does occur, customer who made
the chargeback will agree to be charged $150.00 to their card.
Please do not e-mail or release your
credit card information to anyone. We will not accept your credit
card information via e-mail or any other chat program(s). Please
report to us if anyone tries to retrieve credit card information
from you. We take this kind of fraud very seriously and all
prosecutors will be prosecuted. You can report this to
abuse@import-racing.org.
Images
All images on
www.import-racing.org is owned by import-racing.org and is
distributed freely by the public as long as images are not altered
in any way and contains our logo within the image. By submitting
your pictures to us to be posted, the images become our in our
possession and we may do as we please.
Services
All computer services
come with a 30 day warranty starting on the day of completion.
Customer agrees that within 30 days problems should occur, we will
fix it free of charge or replace the broken item if it was fault on
our behalf. If the problem cannot be fixed, we will refund your
money. Warranty expires after 30 days of completion of transaction.
All warranties will be voided if computer or laptop has been
tampered with before contacting us regarding the problem. Please
contact us immediately if a problem occurs so we can ensure that you
receive the fullest service of your warranty and to avoid any future
derangements. Customer agrees to make the full payment amount to
import-racing.org immediately after service is completed. If payment
is not made, legal action will be pursued.
Legal Action
Anyone taking legal actions taken against import-racing.org will be
responsible for lawyer fees, court fees, lost wages, and
reimbursement for time spent and wasted in court, for import-racing.org.
If legal action is taken to prosecute a customer that has breached
our policies, that customer will pay for all lawyer fees, court
fees, lost wages, and reimbursements for time spent and wasted in
court.
By vising our website, viewer has
acknowledged that they have read our terms of service and agreed to
them. We, import-racing.org, reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone if we deem necessary. import-racing.org has the right to
modify our policies without notification and customers are
responsible for knowing our policies. If anyone does not agree to
any of the terms listed above, please exit this site now. If any
